    Hi, 

    Half a year ago I tried the demo of VEPro 6 on my iMac with Logic Pro and everything was working just fine.

    Today I bought VEPro 6 , after opening the VEpro 6 server and Logic Pro and trying to connect no server instances are displayed in the Vienna Ensemble Pro window inside Logic pro......? What is happening.....

    Has it to do with the new update v. 6.0.17223 . Please answer quick because it's pretty annoying when you just bought something and it doesn't work......

    Well, it must be the update like someone else mentioned elsewhere, because when I typ in 127.0.0.1 the connection is made, so it's a bug.............Could you please give me a link to an older version so I can get to work................

    rolled back to previous version 6.0.17011 ,.....this has the same issue.........

    Hi rhalkes, 

    What are your network settings?

    You should definitely use static IP addresses, and avoid 169.x.x.x addresses (these are automatically assigned by your computer and tend to change).

    Please try the following:
    Manually assign one of these IP addresses to the computers in your setup: 192.168.0.x or 10.0.0.x, and assign a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (leave the other fields blank), then it should work.

    Hi, Paul I first rolled back to the former version, with no result. And than updated to the latest version again and now all is fine.......Thank anyway for the quick reply. Greetings. Ron.

    Hi I am facing the same problem. I am running it on the same computer (no network computer).

    I cant see the instance in the VEP7 in Logic. Please help ASAP Thank you.
