  • Reverb routing/VEP6

I have about 25 instances in VEP and I can’t have 25 instances of the reverb (Spaces 2) because of the RAM usage. Is it possible to send to one reverb instance between the instances in VEP? Or can I have the same reverb in my DAW instead and send from each VEP instrumen to the daw?

  • You can't send from one instance to another. But you can route your send to a bus which is connected to an other output (each instance can have multiple outputs. Be sure to activate them in your DAW, for example Cubase with default settings only activates output 1).

    Best, Ben

OK, so create a reverb bus in my DAW and send from each instrument in VEP to that specific output? Will this add any latency?

edit: to be more specific I want to create 3 reverb buses: Early reflections close, ER mid and ER far. for all the dry libraries. So I want to create 3 buses in my DAW and send from VEP to 3 unique outputs, right?

The final glue reverb will be all be done in the DAW.

    Depends on the used reverb-plugin.

How to set everything up is up to you and what you want to achieve.
If you need 3 reverbs, create 3 FX-Bus in your DAW and send the instruments or the sum of them to the reverbs (easiest solution imo).

Yes, so in my case I want to send single instruments to the reverb while having buses/groups of instruments sent to the DAW for further mixing. So I wanna send the instruments from VEP6 to the DAW reverb, or?
