    Hi folks,

    I have installed Vol 1 of the Synchron SE modules, and they are showing up in my Synchron browser -- including the new Violin 2 and Cello 2. However, the new Concert D does not appear anywhere on the preset list. The VSYN volume files for the Steinway are there in the directory, but the piano itself doesn't appear in Synchron Player.

    Does it require some extra installation step?

    Hi Rob,

    you need to downlaod and isntall the Synchron Piano Player. The Piano does not appear in the regular player but only in the piano player.

    That solved it! Didn't even realize there was a seperate player, I was looking under keyboards in the regular Synchron Player.
