Getting Up And Running Again

It's been forever since I've used my Vienna library, but I have a pressing need for it now. 

After fiddling with a few things,  updating the eLicenser, etc, I'm still not figuring out how to get up and running again. 

I thought to contact support, but the links don't seem to be clickable on the Contact page - how might I get in touch with support?
