    Hi,

    New to VSL. I have the interface open in my DAW. How tdo I get an instrument in there?

    I am looking at the light blue & white instrument window

    There doesnt seem to be a link to library setting or anything like that.

    The library is installed.

    Which library? Did you install it at the end of the download process? Did you move it after that?

    Hi

    Special Brass. I put in on a different drive.

    I actually renamed the folder to VSL Special Brass as I didnt think the given name was intuitive.

    That probably the issue but I assumed I would be able to point to a folder form within the preferences

    Hi Derm, 

    If you clicked INSTALL in the Download Manager and you see *.dat files, your sample content is installed (= extracted from *.cab installation files) and should be added to the Vienna Instruments Directory Manager right away.

    I did a reinstall, leaving the directory with its original name.

    I also just noticed that there is a separate Library Manger app😔

    Gonna enjoy some playing now😊
