Hello

I bought SYNCHRON-ized Special Keyboards impossible to see it in Factory  

downloaded last elicenser, synchron player but nothing .

however the other banks are visible.

Did you install the latest Synchron Player yet?
Is you license available on your ViennaKey?

Hi, 

Do you see *.vsynvolume file in your sample content folder?

If not, click "INSTALL NOW" in your Download Manager.

in exemple :

SY-Sp-Keys_Harmonium_Main.vsynvolume

 

SY-Sp-Keys_Harmonium_Patches.vsynvolume

 

but always nothing  in factory .

Very strange, the path is assigned to the database right away.

Hi Paul,

I Have the same problem. Elicenser is updated. The new licence is active. I use the last SYnchron Player and the Special keyboards files are listed in the Volume Scan Path.

Hi everybody, 

Now that we have contacted all new users of our SYNCHRON-ized Special Keyboards, I'll also add that info here... 

We hav a mismatch of licenses, so we replaced the original sample content, which is now also available in your Synchron Library Downloads. 

You can download and install right over the older sample content!

Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you enjoy those instruments!

When I load the preset "Orchestra: Prepared Piano Close", there is no impulse response loaded. Is it normal ?

Hi David,

You are right, a wrong IR was used there. It will get fixed with the next library update.
In the meantime you can insert the Prepared Piano impulse in the IR browser.
