I just wanted to give a shout out to Andreas in the VSL support department. I am new to the VSL world and as much as the company attempts to make the process simple; occasionally someone like me comes along requiring direction.

I have never had a bad experience with VSL and my session with Andreas continues the trend.

I second that. In fact, VSL in general has offered the best support experience I've ever had. 

I think it was Andreas who alerted me to the fact that my Vienna Keys were over ten years old, hence the loading issues.  Okay... that may have been one of his easier diagnostics.
