  • Minimum volume of Synchron-ized instruments

    Hi,

Is there a way to lower the minimum volume of Synchron-ized instruments? I’m working with Synchron-ized Woodwinds. When I lower the VL.XF slider (CC2) of Synchron player to minimum (0)- I can still hear the instrument. I can’t find a way to have it diminish to complete silence. In VI Pro- I can do that by lowering the velocity curve (in the velocity curve editor) to minimum. Is there such a feature in Synchron player?

    Many thanks,

    Gil

  • You can either use CC11 (expression) or you can use CC7 (master volume)

  • Thanks JHStrong,

But these controllers affect the instrument's volume- not the velocity (i.e the velocity layers within the preset). In VI Pro I can go down to 'niente' only by using the VL/XF controller.
