    Hi.I use Protools on an iMac and VEP on a MacbookPro :anybody knows if it will possible to run Protools with the new Carbon interface, which make an AVB connection on the ethernet port, along with VSL on the Protools Mac ethernet port as well.These two could possibly connect with an Ethernet switch but I'm wondering if they would flawlessly work together.....Thanks

    For those concerned about this topic, I got an answer from Avid: Carbon interface needs a direct ethernet connection to run so no switch, but it's still possible to connect VEP to an additional Ethernet port from a dedicated ethernet card or a thunderbolt to ethernet adaptator.
