I'd love to share an issue I have and I can't figure out what is causing this.  I have protools 2019,5 on a Mac Pro 2013 thrash can I'm running VEP 7 on a PC. 

When I learn a parameter to automate in Kontakt on my PC,  when I'm doing  automation in my daw there's a huge amount of digital distortion but only when the buffer is on. When I turn off the Buffer the distortion disappear.

I have attach a video of the problem,  I would definitely need help on that one.

Thanks for answering back. 

My mac has High Sierra and the slave PC has windows 10 pro. I've tried as well with Mojave and it's the same.

The noise seems to intensify the more the buffer gets bigger, but when I remove the instance buffer, no more digital distortion. I also try to reset after your answer and it didn't changed anything.

I will prepare the session,  I don't think you even need the same Kontakt instrument, I think it's the same problem with any of those.
