I have updated the Synchron Player but it crashes constantly to the point of being unusable. Upon starting and stopping playback I can hear some distorted modulation of some sort coming from the program. Eventually it crashes and sounds like strings through a ring modulator and distortion pedal.
I hope there is a fix for this.
I just searched and discovered that the Synchron Player seems to have a history of problems. Tried to contact Vienna but apparently they are more interested in selling this boondoggle than fixing it. Something isn't right but that's why caveat emptor always applies. Again, hope there is some kind of problem that can be fixed and it's not just a bad product.
All software has a history of problems, that is just the nature of things. In my experience however, software from VSL is among the most stable applications in the music industry, with support matching that. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems, but if you give someone from VSL a chance to respond, I'm sure your issue will be worked out. In the meantime, why don't you provide the forum with some more information, like your computer specs, OS, DAW et cetera?
