    Hi,

    I bought the SPECIAL EDITION PACK with SYNCHRON and couldn't download:

    Special edition Volume 1 Plus and Volume 2 Plus

    They don't appear on my hard drive, nor in Vienna Synchrom Player, or I don't know how to install them, in iLok they appear like the other volumes.

    Does anyone know how to install?
