I have the same versions of VEPro 7 (iLok) and Bitwig 4.2.5 on Windows 11 and M1 Macbook Pro.  I can VEPro VST3 on Apple Silicon Mac without issue. I get an error with Bitwig on Windows 11.  Here's my KVR thread with photo: (1) Vienna Ensemble Pro 7 VST3 Fail in Windows 11 - Bitwig Forum - KVR Audio

Just checked - no issues here on Windows 11 with Bitwig 4.2.5 with VE Pro VST3, at all. Could you please add the photo of the error message as a screenshot to your posting here via Edit. Thank you.
