    Hello,

    I'm frustrated because I'm no longer able to access the vast majority of vienna instruments I own using VIP.

    The directory structure is corrupted and I've been going back and forth with tech support for several days and they seem clueless as to what the problem is.

    They even suggested I delete my instrument licenses on the licenser to see if that would work!

    Everything is fine according to Vienna Assistant and my synchron and synchronized libraries work fine. 

    I'm trying to attach a screenshot of VIP.
