I installed and uninstalled the program 4 times and I can't get the sound to come out.
I see that my midi controller signal comes in but no sound comes out.
I also see that when I open the Vienna Synchron Player it looks like the Big Bang library is not installed. I've tried to change the location but I don't know which one is correct.
Help, please!

Welcome George,
Sorry to hear about the troubles.
Usually, we check three things (and that might be a good idea for future occasions).
1) Are the licenses activated in the cloud or on a physical key
2) Is the latest sample player installed
3) Is the sample content installed, and does the right path show up in the player (or Directory Manager)
As for the cloud session: Either you accidentally closed it or perhaps did you attempt opening it on a different system? The cloud session can only be active on one computer at a time.
If that doesn't help, please get in touch with and include some basic system information and screenshots!
