Hi Folks,
This is where i start : One Instance with 2 Channels, one Instrument on each Channel,
Channel 1 is selected only , then i open the Instrument window by clicking the Instr in the channel.
The Instrument from Channel 1 open. Fine, so far. I close it with F4 or manually.
Now i select only Channel 2. But if i hit F4 now, it opens only the Instr from Channel 1.
Is this supposed to happen like this?
I would think F4 opens only the Instrument from the selected Channel.
What do i wrong or is it a bug ?
Thx
Martin

Hi Martin,
I assume you are referring to Vienna Ensemble Pro, is that correct?
Which OS are you working on? Win 10? Win 11?
Could be a bug, maybe you can send a quick description and reproduction info (ideally with a short video) to ?
Thanks, Paul

Thx Paul,
I will send a Mail to the Support, but here's the description so far:
System: - newest Updated Win11 Pro on Main and one Slave PC. - Using newest updated VEPro7 Server on Slave PC - Working with Reaper 6.69 on Main PC
1. I open VEP7 Server and create a new instance. 2. I put two channels in it. On each Channel i put only one Instrument (doesn't matter if third Part and/or VSL Instrument)
2a. I show only the mixer view. 3. I click on the first Channel Instruments and the Instrument View opens. 4. I hit F4 and the Instrument close and i see the Channels (Mixer) again. 5. Now i click on the second Channel Instrument and the second Instrument window opens. 6. Hit F4 and it close and i m on the Mixer again. 7. I click now only on the first Channel to select it or use the Arrow Keys to change the Channel. 8. I hit F4 and the second Instrument opens again, even Channel one is selected. 9. I hit F4 and the window close. 10. Change Channel, even to Master Bus, hitting F4 only opens the last manually opened Instrument. 11. So only the last direct opened Instrument on a channel can be viewed and closed by hitting F4. Doesn't matter wich Channel is selected. 12. Behaviour is same if connected in Main PC Reaper or not, or Decoupled or not.
I don't think it is supposed to work like that, right? Everything else works fine so far.
Thx
Martin
