    So.. I understand what these are.

    I have Prime and Synchron Strings Pro installed.

    But I do not see any "Compatibility Presets" in the browser of Synchron Strings Pro ? How do I get them? There are no downloads in Vienna Assistant and I'm up to date. I'm confused!

    Please don't point me to a video- I've watched every one and none of them answer the simple question- where are they and how do you install the presets?

    Hi!

    The compatibility patches come in the form of a library update. After installing the update, you should find five new files in the library folder "Synchron Strings Pro - iLOK". Do you see those "..._Update01.syvolume" files inside the folder?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    So yes, these "..01 update" files are indeed inside my Synchron iLok folder on my drive. But there is nothing in the Synchron Player mentioning Compatibility Presets.

    I just hit Reinstall in Vienna Assistant ..but it started a download again so I quit in a panic...but...when I opened Synchron Player the Compatibility Presets are there!
