For those who've installed the Fazioli and updated the Synchron Pianos Player, can you still access your user presets?
I'm finding that even after respecifying the path, clicking on the user presets option doesn't bring anything up. I've screenshotted in case anyone spots a discrepancy between the specified and actual paths, but it looks good to me! Hi CraigF,
You need to establish the EXACT same data structure that is shown in the manual, with only the containing folder assigned in the path: VSL\Vienna Synchron Pianos/Presets (this structure is automatically created when you create your first custom preset)
If that substructure is not available or the "Presets" folder is assigned, it will not work.
So in your case, create a folder called, e.g., CUSTOM PRESETS, which contains VSL\Vienna Synchron Pianos/Presets => Assign the folder "CUSTOM PRESETS" and this will work.
