HELP --- DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SOLUTION ? AND THANKS IF YOU DO !!!!!!
Just sat down, with lots of ideas, all fired up for a long weekend of composing, clicked on my Vienna Ensemble Pro 7 Server icon (which I have been using under iLok for about a year), and up comes a message
"ACTIVATION IS REQUIRED"
So I click "Activate"
Up comes another message "Enter my LICENSE ACCOUNT LOGIN INFORMATION", and
Another message comes up "OPEN THE ILOK CLOUD SESSION"
Well I do not ever use the Cloud, so guess what
MY ENTIRE LONG WEEKEND AND MY COMPOSITION PLANS ARE SCREWED ... THANK YOU ILOK
AND JUST FOR GOOD MEASURE, THE SUPPORT PAGE IS NOT WORTH A DAM, AND ILOK IS CLOSED UNTIL TUESDAY

If you are not using the cloud, the alternative is to use a physical iLOK USB key. According to our database, you are not using an iLOK USB key, though. On the contrary - you moved a substantial amount of your licenses into a cloud session on a computer that is labeled "J’s iMac Pro". A cloud session can be opened via the iLOK License Manager menu.
