Hello all;
I have been using the Brass II libraries in several templates and until today everything was fine. Now, as of this very moment. VI Pro v. 2.6.110 can't find that whole library. All the other libraries I have are available.
I-lok shows the license for Brass II is there and activated.
Also, I can see all of the Bass II instruments on my hard drive and the other libraries on that hard drive are available and working.
Vienna Assistant showed the Brass II library as being installed, I tried reinstalling but nothing changed. VI Pro still can't find the library.
Any suggestions? Do I need to uninstall and then reinstall?

Issue resolved
Was not aware the I-Lok cloud session was obligatory

Hi Raymond,
It shows that you have some of your licenses in the iLOK cloud (like Brass II) and other licenses on a physical iLOK Key. My best bet is that your iLOK cloud session is currently not running. You can activate it from within the iLOK license manager menu.
