Hello,
I migrate my computer A (offline) with all vsl with elicencer to a new compter B also offline with now my vsl with Ilok.
when I try to open an old cubase project, I got error in vienna ensemble pro 7: error! The file you are trying to load is invalid or innaccessible.
I re-open My old computer and save from vienna ensemble pro : instance -> savec project to have a *.vep64
but when I try to open this *.vep64 in my new computer with vienna ensemble pro 7 (ilok version ) it gaves me the same error:
error! The file you are trying to load is invalid or innaccessible.
Just like *.vep64 with e-lcencer must be convertet to ilok??!!

Hi Dup,
Yes, every eLicenser project needs to be converted to iLok (once).
To do that online, the VSL Helper App is your friend.
To convert offline, you need your ViennaKey with the correct licenses attached.

If you have time to answer me to this: as I have an offline computer and Ilok with zerodowntime. Yesterday when I opened viennaPost ensemble pro it says and ina popup with coundown meter of 20sec : no internet connection.
I finally put the ilok in my laptop and connect to ilok account and do synchronize : is it the right way? I don't speak very well english so I'm allways anxious when doing this kind of thnigs

Hello Dup,
I'm not sure I understand the question, but:
On a computer with NO INTERNET CONNECTION, you need BOTH:
- eLicenser key
and
- iLok key
to convert eLicenser projects.

Hi Paul,
In fact yesterday when I opened my vienna esemble pro standalone on my offline computer I got this error:
The TLC on Ilok 3 xxxx has expired... and if I click on Ok it says : no internet conection!
P:SWhy can't I attach a print screen here ? when I click on post I got:
You have exeeded the maximum number of character..

You can add files when posting (click "Attach files to this post", then attach a file fitting the available formats).
TLC needs an internet connection to be renewed/checked, that's how the system works.
