    Hello there,

    I am curious about buying the whistler. I dont own any products of VSL as i speak. I am wondering, can i use the vienna whistler if i buy it together with the vienna key? Or do i need to buy more than that? I want to use it in combination with kontakt. Also, can i use this software and key for windows 8.1 and 10?

    Hi bydurama,

    Ah, the Whistler is a great little gem, and yes, you don't need more than a ViennaKey for the license to use it (you can also use a Steinberg Key, if you have one).

    Vienna Instruments products come with their own sample player, "Vienna Instruments", they will only work on that platform. Easy to learn, you will like it!

    Vienna Isntruments are download only. You will get the key by email. You can also see the key in your account and download the Downloader there.
